Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a refund, minus a non-refundable $1.00 processing fee. No refund is given for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start time, failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure unless Real Talk Education LLC approves a written exception. CE credit requires full attendance. There is no partial credit and no makeup session for one-hour courses. Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel online up to 24 hours before the scheduled course start time. Refunds for these cancellations are issued minus a non-refundable $1.00 processing fee, must be processed manually by Real Talk Education LLC, and are not issued automatically when a booking is canceled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course, failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, failure to verify identity, or failure to satisfy attendance and participation requirements are not eligible for a refund unless Real Talk Education LLC approves a documented exception in writing. CE credit requires full attendance. Partial attendance does not earn partial credit, and makeup sessions are not offered for one-hour courses. A student who misses a course must register for a future scheduled offering to earn credit. There is no makeup fee. Real Talk Education LLC may approve a transfer to a future offering at no charge, in writing, for a documented emergency or technical problem. If Real Talk Education LLC cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the processing fee, or may choose a credit toward another Real Talk Education LLC course.
